Hernando County Republican’s packed Silverthorn Country Club with over 300 energized people for their annual Lincoln Day Dinner. The featured key note Speaker was Florida Attorney General Bill McCollum who is currently running for Governor. He was born and raised here in Hernando County. Polk County Congressman Adam Putnam, who is running for Florida Agriculture Commissioner, warmed up the crowd with his verbal jabs at the Democrats who are currently in control of Congress.
